Validating a training program

The last step in the Development phase is to validate the material by using representative samples of the target population and then revising as needed.

The heart of the systems approach to training is revising and validating the instructional material until the learners meet the planned learning objectives.

There will be a transition period for non-apprenticeship programmes of further education and training.

The plan for the phased introduction of the new policies in this domain will be communicated once it has been developed in collaboration with stakeholders.

And of course this is all brought together in a unified whole.

Iterations are normally performed using two methods (Saffer, 2007): A design iteration is a micro-technique in that it uses a small set of learners to test part of the learning platform so that you make an interpretation of its effectiveness.

Descriptive statistics were calculated for training requirements, training emphasis and training effectiveness measures.

A plotting matrix was developed and correlation analyses were performed to assess content validity. If you are interested in contributing content or your view on where we should take Businessballs next, please email [email protected] section begins with an introduction to training and learning evaluation, including some useful learning reference models.Four managers, seven trainers, and 22 recent training graduates responded to the appropriate inventory and these ratings were used in the content validity evaluation.Scale reliability was evaluated for each inventory using Cronbach’s coefficient alpha and Kuder-Richardson 21.We have some very exciting plans for Businessballs.
